MLS FAQs

To update your information in the MLS, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Click “MLS Login”
  2. Log in with your MLS credentials
  3. At the top right of the screen, click the gear icon next to the profile photo
  4. Select your name in the drop down next to broker name
  5. Update info, click save.

You will need to use the code NON-MEMBER in the Selling Agent field.

WCAR contracts can be found within the Resources tab of the MLS.

As a reminder, MLS Listings are typically owned by the Listing Broker and will remain with your former broker until they choose to authorize a termination or transfer in writing.

MLS Rules & Regulations can be found on wcare.net under Tools>MLS Resources. Alternatively, a copy can be found under the Resources tab in Navica.

Unlicensed assistants c an be registered with secy@wcare.net.

Copying photos from another listing is strictly prohibited, even with the Listing Broker’s authorization. Always make sure that the photos you place into the MLS are original photo files to avoid potential copyright infringement.
