BAILEY JOSEPH, Hartsock Realty

Candidate for President-Elect

Bailey Joseph has been a REALTOR for 17 years. Heather Gaus has been a REALTOR for 6 years and currently holds MRP certification. Heather has served on the RPAC committee the last two years and is currently a Director.

If elected to serve this organization, what do you envision contributing to our success?

“I envision ensuring being ethical practices, following industry standards, and supporting development. 

ASHLEIGH MANGINI, Superior PLUS Realtor

Candidate for Vice President

Ashleigh Mangini has been a REALTOR for 3.5 years. Before obtaining her license, she worked as a Marketing Salesperson.  Ashleigh has served on the Community Service 1 year, member RPAC 3 years, 2 as Chair Affiliate 1 year, and as a member of the Board of Directors.

If elected to serve this organization, what do you envision contributing to our success?

“Our success will only continue with leadership in place that has a vision for combining the health of our business and the happiness of our community and clients. Our leadership needs to have the ability to have an open mind and be flexible in the constantly changing business and political atmosphere in order to continue growing our organization and moving towards the future.”

DJ CHILCOAT, Cowan Realtors

DJ Chilcoat has been a REALTOR for 1 year. Before obtaining her license, she was the Kitchen Manager at the Celina Wine Store. DJ is on the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Committee and Community Service Committee.

If elected to serve this organization, what do you envision contributing to our success?

“If elected to serve this organization as a member of the board of directors, I envision contributing to our success through my passion for real estate and my commitment to the growth and advancement of our industry. I am dedicated to promoting inclusiveness and fostering a sense of teamwork among our members, recognizing that our collective strength lies in collaboration and cooperation. Moreover, I am committed to introducing innovative and effective ideas that can drive our association forward, whether it’s implementing cutting-edge technologies, exploring new marketing strategies, or advocating for policies that benefit both our members and the community. Garrett Gatton has been a REALTOR for 3 years. Before obtaining his license, he worked in Fundraising and Ministry. Garrett is on this year’s Communications Committee.

If elected to serve this organization, what do you envision contributing to our success?

“Being a Realtor is my profession and as such I want to raise the bar for our area in regards to the standard to be a Realtor. I have a balanced understanding of both commercial and residential transactions which will help as policies, and issues are discussed. I am collaborative in nature and enjoy working with others.”

Brooke Hanneman has been a REALTOR for 3 years. Before obtaining her license, she was a Property Manager.

If elected to serve this organization, what do you envision contributing to our success?

“I envision gaining knowledge to help serve our community and our fellow realtors better for the years to come. I envision my dedication to the board and its members to prove myself loyal and provide a helping hand when needed. I envision helping our program become better and more efficient in any way possible when needed and help determine policies and programs to continue and contribute to the success it has.”

LAUREN HONIGFORD, At Home Realty

Lauren Honigford has been a REALTOR for 8 years. Before getting her license, she worked in Banking. Lauren has served on the MLS committee.

If elected to serve this organization, what do you envision contributing to our success?

“I hope to add insight and additional viewpoints to our profession. My goal is to help build for our fast pace career, and remember why we do this job. “

Additional Remarks: “My name is Lauren Honigford. I am a full time Managing Realtor with At Home Realty. I have 3 little boys at home; Weston, Hayden, and Mitchell. I have been around Real Estate since I was a little girl, and thoroughly love the joy it brings to help a client through this step in their lives.”

SARAH KILL, Schrader Realty

Sarah Kill has been a REALTOR for almost 2 years. Before obtaining her license, she was an Elementary School Aide and stay at home mom.

If elected to serve this organization, what do you envision contributing to our success?

“If elected to serve, I look to provide valuable insights and perspectives to help the organization navigate challenges and seize new opportunities. In our ever changing industry, it’s crucial to adapt and evolve to meet the organization’s long-term visions and to form policies that have a positive impact on those it serves. As a board member, I will bring dedication, active involvement, and a commitment to the organization’s mission and future success. It would be an honor to be considered as a candidate to serve on the Board of Directors and look forward to this challenging yet deeply rewarding experience! “

Brittany Trujillo has been licensed for 3 years. Before obtaining her license, she was in Sales and Marketing. 

If elected to serve this organization, what do you envision contributing to our success?

“If elected to serve the board, I envision contributing my problem – solving skills, empathy, communication and overall professionalism to serve. With a strong sense of self-motivation and a will to progress my career within the real estate industry, I am always ready to train and learn the essentials required to complete all assigned tasks, responsibilities, and associated challenges. With my training, expertise, and a long-standing record of initiative and determination, I have developed skills that I believe will bring value to the board.”
