Established in 1921, WCAR is over 400 members strong, dedicated to the advancement of the real estate industry and the protection of homeownership.

We provide our members with quality education and offer value resources to enhance their business.

WCAR MLS is a REALTOR®-owned MLS, owned and operated by the West Central Association of REALTORS®. WCAR MLS is comprised of over 500 participants and 100 offices in Allen, Hardin, Van Wert and surrounding counties.

NEW MEMBERS

New agents need to complete an online application. Dues and fees for NEW MEMBERS are prorated based on the date you join WCAR and the WCAR MLS.

An Affiliate member is an individual who does not hold an active real estate license but has interests in the real estate profession. WCAR Affiliates have the ability to promote their business and build their brand while cultivating relationships with our REALTOR® members.
