Brokerage Transfer Form
If you are primary member with us and switching REALTOR® Offices, you must let staff know. You will fill out this form so we can begin that process in the system.
Listing Transfer Form
If you are switching offices, and the office is allowing you to take any listings with you. You and your previous broker must complete this form.
New Brokerage: Completed by the new office receiving the listings. Includes MLS numbers and agent info.
Listing Transfer Authorization- Releasing Brokerage: Completed by the former office to confirm and approve the transfer
