West Central Association of REALTORS® (WCAR), an association of real estate professionals, is one of the nearly 1800 real estate assocaitions in the country which make up the National Asswociation of REALTORS® (NAR), which is the largest trade association in the world.
Established in 1921, West Central Association of REALTORS® has over 400 members dedicated to serving the needs of both home sellers and buyers in Allen, Hardin and Van Wert Counties.
WCAR serves REALTORS® by maintaining ethical standards, promoting the value of REALTORS® and advocating on behalf of the real estate industry.
WCAR provides a variety of services including educational opportunities, professional standards enforcement, market statistics, legislative reviews, multiple listing and lockbox services and more.
West Central Association of REALTORS advocates, engages and leads to protect private property rights and advance the real estate industry.
WCAR MLS is a reliable, cooperative real estate database of listing and sale information in Allen, Hardin, Van Wert and surrounding counties.
Owned and operated by the West Central Association of REALTORS®, WCAR MLS has over 500 REALTORS participants and 100 offices that facilitated over $400 million dollars in real estate transactions last year.
