A Realtor® is a licensed real estate salesperson who is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the largest trade group in the country. Realtors® are held to a higher ethical standard than licensed agents and must adhere to a Code of Ethics. All Realtor® members must have an active Ohio Real Estate License.

Why Join WCAR?

When you join your local association, you join a prestigious brand that tells your clients you are more than just an average real estate agent.  Realtors® abide by a code of ethics that sets them apart from a non-Realtor® salesperson, and are offered tools through their association to better help them succeed in real estate.
