Training Requirement Set by MLS Committee:

Subscribers must take the “Getting Started with Flexmls” training to be active on December 12, 2022. There is 1 webinar on December 1st and 6 in-person sessions to choose from between December 6-7.

Flexmls will send WCAR a recording of the webinar within 72 hours and a report of everyone that completed the webinar. Subscribers that did not complete the webinar or an in-person class will get a link to the recorded webinar and an online quiz. December 12, 2022, those that did not complete the training will be inactivated. The quiz must be completed for staff to reactivate.

WCAR subscribers that use the Flexmls platform in a separate MLS (WRIST, Columbus) must take our training due to possible differences in association settings. They will still be using and paying for two different MLS systems.
Admins must be in the association directory to register.

Internet Display Exchange (IDX) Feed Request

IDX provides a means for brokers and agents to display Multiple Listing Service listing content on their Internet sites.

A raw data feed can be provided to a 3rd party website vendor, and they can then build you a custom IDX search solution. While this option requires additional technical knowhow, it allows for fuller customization of the IDX search criteria and listing display. The WCAR MLS uses RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) which most website vendors will be familiar with. API feeds are also available.
