Sharetta T. Smith was elected as the Mayor of the City of Lima in November of 2021. Prior to the election, she served as the Chief of Staff to the previous mayor since January of 2017. In her role as Chief of Staff, Sharetta was responsible for overseeing city operations.
Mayor Steve Patterson, Athens Ohio, has a long list of commitment to his community. Including a member of the Sustainable Ohio Public Energy Council (SOPEC) and the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) to which he has implemented many sustainable initiatives in his town of Athens.
America in Bloom (AIB) promotes nationwide beautification through education and community involvement by encouraging the use of flowers, plants, trees, and other environmental and lifestyle enhancements. Laura is AIB’s Executive Director.
Steve Brown has been in real estate for more than 40 years, residing in the Dayton Ohio area. He is the 2014 National Association of Realtors President and 2002 Ohio Realtors President.
Lydia Archambo was hired at Allen Soil and Water Conservation District in 2020 as their Stormwater Coordinator. As such she in charge of many diverse education and outreach programs including: Adopt-A-Roadway, City of Lima Tree rebate program, rain barrel rebates, and school education. Lydia’s goal is to educate students and members of the community to care about how they impact the environment and what little changes they can make that can have big effects.
Josh Bloomfield is the Project Director for Crossroads of NW Ohio. He oversees and directs all aspects of the project including negotiations, real estate acquisitions, legal, engineering, local and federal grants, zoning, annexation, construction and public relations. He also works directly with Dr. Craig Nicholson on the overall vision and long term planning of the project.
