Real estate transactions are complicated, but Realtors® are there to walk clients through the process. It is helpful to have preparation checklists in place to help both Realtors® and their clients prepare for the many steps of a transaction. Sharing checklists and other handouts with clients will help boost their confidence as they head into their home buying or selling journey!
